I have those also, in my left hand and arm and right thigh. I don't know the
exact wrd for it either, but it's exactly as you described. I had them a lot
in my thigh in the beginning, but they only happen there occasionally now.
But I'm having them a lot in my hand and arm lately and have wondered why.
