Patti - I have been thinking of you ever since you sent the first
message. I had very similar feelings a few years ago battling breast
cancer. It was harder and harder to find reasons to go on. I did get
some help from a psychiatrist. Sometimes we all need help. One of the
things I have come to realize is that the mind and body are very closely
connected. Something seriously out of whack with your body can lead to
depression, not only because the whole thing is a bummer, but also
because our brains get affected by the medications and chemical changes
in the body. Please think about getting some help - it can make alot of
difference. (Note - alot of the psychiatrists/psychologists now are
adept at treating situational depression. Mine treats whats wrong now -
no deep delving into childhood issues, etc.)
