Hush Puppies seem to work pretty well for me - but they are clunky
looking. Try SAS also - if you can keep loafers on your feet (I can't).
Slip on shoes that come higher than loafers are fashionable now - I just
look for ones with lots of support and padding. Alos - wearing fairly
thick socks seems to help.
