RE: scoliosis

I developed scoliosis about 4 years after TM(level C6). Only I had a
reverse curve(which is when the top of your back curves in and the
lower part curves out). I had a full spinal fusion, which corrected
the situation. Unfortunately, with a reverse curve you don't have
much room left between your breast and back bone for your heart.
Surgery was the quickest method. 13 years later, I have no pain and
great posture.

The surgery is long and takes a while to recover from. I had to wear
a back brace anytime I sat upright for a year after the surgery. The
brace is not convenient, hot, and tough to keep clean.

had TM in 1989. My diagnosis is C5 incomplete quad. I would like to
know if
anybody else has had scoliosis as a result of TM. Because of more
pronounced
