RE: scoliosis

Tami, Nobody told me scoliosis was a possibility either. We tried physical
therapy but it didn't seem to help much. I was talked into surgery which took
9 hours and then more rehab. I am not convinced that it has helped although
the surgeon did tell me that he might not be able to correct the curvature but
could at least keep it from getting worse. I do not know of other any other
therapies except bracing. I had to wear a brace for one full year, 24 hours a
day following surgery. I am looking for a new doctor to evaluate my current
situation. I will let you know if I learn anything new.
