Last year I gave my teenage daughter (who has TM) an herbal product named
ReCall. She was in college and it was test time. The product was promoted as
improving mental ability and memory. Her results in that area were not ground
shaking. However! She mentioned that her ability to retain her urine had
about doubled and it was much more comfortable doing so. She had previously
been on a 15 - 30 minute schedule for visits to the bathroom. She tried
taking the product again a few times, at several week intervals, and reported
the same results... longer retention. Shorter retention times returned when
she stopped taking it.

I would like to make it clear that I am not promoting this company or it's
products. I submit this information only with the hope that some of you that
have sought alternative remedies may find it useful. Those of you that are
knowledgeable with herbs may wish to research the ingredients to determine if
a single herb may be responsible for longer urine retention times or if it is
some combination of those listed. I have read that herbs frequently work
better in combination than individually.
The back of the product box also contained a warning for people with specific
conditions.
