At the onset of the disease I experienced intermittent
paralysis from my waist to my knees. But fortunately, never
lost complete mobility. I still have numbness and what I
can best describe as "radiating pain" down my legs. For a
week, I thought the disease was completely gone but
recently, the symptoms began to relapse. I even recently
experienced numbness in my arms -- go figure!
