Bill,

I'm one of those guys who was paralyzed completely and never
recovered. It occurred in March, 1991, when I was 32. My level is
T5-6, and is complete. One moves on because the other choice is to
stay where you are. Also, I saw people in rehab who wished they
were as'well off' as me.
