Hear hear......my feet get very sore after only a short while. Finding
shoes that are appropriate for business, where the court shoe is de riguer
for all females is awful. Also, buying shoes is a nightmare. I don't
know whether they fit properly as I can't feel if they're squashing my toes
or too tight across the instep. Anyone any ideas ?

For all you ladies out there.....do you have problems with tights
(panty-hose - US).....I find them unbearably tight and they make me very
itchy in the areas affected by the TM (below the knee only now) ......
