Physical therapy

Does anyone know of a book or web site that discusses physical therapy
exercises? You know, if you have muscle pain in the middle of your back, try
these stretches, etc. I know physical therapy is not designed to be a
do-it-yourself science, and you have to be careful to do them correctly. But
my physical therapist left me some pages of exercises with instructions and
pictures to practice in-between sessions, so I thought there must be a book
of such things. My physical therapy ended when I was mobile and could do the
exercises on my own, but I am still having problems in a couple of areas and
wondered if there were things I could do to help. It seemed to me that
physical therapy helped me the most, along with the steroids given in the
hospital and, most of all, prayer and trust in God. I've thought of calling
the therapist I had to see what she'd charge for one session to discuss some
of these things. She may not be able to do that on her own since she works
for a particular company; I don't know.
I did search just a little on the Internet, but was overwhelmed by the number
of sites to check out. The ones I did look at were mainly for people
interested in PT as a career. I'm going to the libray Thursday, so if anyone
has any suggestions, I'd really appreciate them. Thanks!
