Please... Some more info on the drug A-4 (Is that right?)

I read a few messages the other day about a drug that is supposed to
restore bowel and bladder control. My mother-in-law (Lois Mitchem) has
TM. She has suffered from it for two years. The worst effects are her
loss of bowel and bladder control; she also has the (most times severe)
"pins and needles" pain in her feet and legs. If anyone can fill me in
on the drug (A-4) that was talked about recently, I'd really appreciate
