Hi,
Like Gail I would also suggest Neurontin which seems to have very few
side effects and I find it to be the most effective pain relief I have
had to date. I tried Amitriptilyne for almost a year and although it
helped alittle I found I put on alot of weight with it(which I lost very
quickly without dieting when I came off the drug), also had the
dizziness and dry mouth. The one plus I did find with Amitriptilyne was
that it helped me sleep.
