The bio feedback that my daughter has had is where electodes are placed in
specific places on her body. She is asked to contract the muscle. There is
a computer screen that she watches to determine the level of contraction.
The idea behind it is to hopefully create alternative paths for the brain to
tell the muscle to work. She over the course of a summer did have improvment
throughout her legs in gaining addtional signal to the nerve to cause the
muscle to work. We have worked with the Univ. of Miami program, it was
terrific, but not very convenient. Hope that helps.
