Rosie,
I have been getting that same sharp pain in my affected left ankle. I just
thought I was overdoing it, and thought I had twisted my ankle. And recently,
in the past week, it is also in my knee. It has involuntarily locked itself
up, especially in the morning. After walking a while, I can feel a "snap"
whenever it bends. After it stays a while, I have been just accepting it as
part of the "whole ball of wax" that comes with TM. (Or maybe it is nerves
regenerating????)

I have found that I could no longer get in my jacuzzi, because of the heat.
And most jacuzzis at health clubs are really really hot, which is even worse.
My doctor also told me to stay away from hot jacuzzis. I keep my jacuzzi at
a cool swimming pool temperature now, but I have not had time to get into it
and try it out since we got it cleaned out and refilled. (I used to be the
one responsible for that, now it is delegated out, don't even know if the
chemicals are balanced in it yet)

I am in the U.S., and there are numbers of us all over the world, I know in
the past I have read from quite a few people in the U.K. but recently not a
peep out of any of the "regulars" that were here when I signed on in January.
I hope some of the "heated debates" didn't anger them and scare them off.
When these happen, I have just learned how to hit the "delete" key, wait for
it to cool off, eventually the debates blow over.

We all know that we must avoid stress....that is something we all agree on. I
think you would get a 100% agreement if you were to take a poll. And keep a
positive attitude!
