Hi
I am on a herb program and have been for about 3 months. Like 'Linda
Reynolds' the program is designed to better health and eating. NO processed
foods: no white flour, white sugar, white bread etc. Nothing that had stuff
added to preserve it, color it, or anything else. My menu of foods has gone
down alot, but so has my weight. I wasn't big to start with but am now a
size 3/4. That also helps to keep my state of mind on the positive side. I
really enjoy the program I am on and have not much left of symptoms of the
TM. I know the herb program helps, and I recommend it when possible. Try a
naturpath maybe. The lady I see is not a naturpath, but she is great.
