Hi Barbara,
In the early days I experienced a vibrating in my back, that was very
unsettling. No one could tell me why I had it, but when I took a muscle
relaxer before I went to bed it helped. Over the years I've tried to
pinpoint why it was happening, and I think I know now. For me anyhow it
seems like when I over did I would buzz. My muscles are tired anyhow,
and it's like the least bit thing I would do extra would further tire
them, and then they would vibrate. My thigh muscles did the same thing
after long walks. Over the years I've had to learn to pace myself, so I
don't get the buzzing as much anymore. Since I can't walk very well now
I don't experience it very much in my thighs any more, but every once in
a while I'll get it in my back, and arms, especially if I'm at the
computer too long! <G>
