I have that tight feeling, too, around one arm. Haven't heard of much
that can be done about it, but it does help to know that it is not an
uncommon effect of TM. Have you mentioned it to your dr.? If he tells you
anything helpful, let us know! :-) I did mention it to mine, but I think it
got lost in all the other things I told him.
