Heat & TM

Hi Debbie
In my case there is a definite link between heat and swelling. My right
foot swells very badly during the summer, it makes no difference if I am
standing or not and by the end of the day it would be huge. I found
that elevating the leg as high as I could with pillows & lazy-boy chair
helped alittle. We are now into autumn over here and the swelling has
eased. Although our house is heated to about 23cel. as a constant temp.
through winter I've never had a problem with swelling. Also it is only
the one foot that swells although the other foot is damaged to a lesser
degree by TM.
