Bill,

Remember that "a good swift kick in the ass" is only inches away from a "pat
on the back". Sometimes we truly need them both. I have been keeping up
with you progress, along with everyone in the group. I was delighted the
other night when I raced through my e-mail and found that you had started
your journal.(and water therapy). Dave is right in as much as we should not
dwell on the problem but look for a solution. Everyone is not going to have
the exact same responce rate inTM or even the exact same sequence of events
but there is a good chance that what works for one will work for someone
else. This why correspondence between other individuals with TM is so
important, then consult your doctor regarding suggested solutions found from
others with TM. Remember you are going to be the one who is the future hope
and researcher for others who will follow this same path.I believe you will
do just that.
If you have difficulty thinking about what you used to do, then do not spend
you energy thinking about the PAST, take you energy and learn something NEW,
something you would have NEVER done when you were out running around.
I promise you it will make a major difference.

Keep Looking For the Solutions,
Kindest regards,
Beth
