Hello Barbara, I dont know what E-STEM therapy is but i have used tens
unit in the past, it is a small electrical unit with wires put on the
body with little pads near the spine to block the pain signals to the
brain. I had my wires put under the skin and a pickup point to the tens
unit on my side, tens pain units are used for long term cronic pain, and
work ok for some people, you must keep the battery charged and carry a
spare because when they run out the pain comes back like a tidal wave.
They dont stop the pain complety but take the edge off it without using
so many drugs, thats what i found in my case. They are very expensive
hear in the UK but the N.H.S. SERVICE does help with the cost at the
moment. You might get a free demo of a unit, but dont buy one until you
know if it works for you....

BEST WISHES AND REGARDS ....ROBERT..

PS (theres a check in the post) :-))
