<< I agree with the comments about children and family members. I am the
wife
of a TM sufferer and it has been very difficult to accept that our life has
been changed by the illness. Steve is not even that severly affected.

Thank you for sharing this portion of you life, many times I feel as if I am
simply not handling the residual problems of TM or even that I am the only
one having difficulty handling the behavior of the others (family) affected
by TM. Your response came at a time when I thought about isolating myself
from this group and only reading the responses. Mainly due to the
embarassment I felt sharing such private thoughts and or problems. I think I
am truly lucky in as much as I to have made great improvement, and that I am
not as severly affected. Due to the fact there is so little out there
regarding information on TM, it is imperative that we share solutions. The
solutions today was reminding me that Brooke is going through many changes as
an adolescent.
