It's normal to be totally fed up!! None of us *like* this.....our lives were
turned upside down!! I have a hard time remembering what my normal life was
like!!

I spent a month in a pain clinic in Boston in '88. I found it upsetting that
they told us we were *depressed.* I have always prided myself in that I feel
I've handled this quite well and am *not* depressed!! However, there was one
nurse that ran a class and point blank asked "Do you have pain?" Yes, of
course we all did.....or we wouldn't be there! DUH!<G> She then asked if we
*liked* the pain. Now who would *like* it??? No! She explained that if you
have pain, don't like the pain, then you are depressed that you have the
pain!

So, Kara, you're not alone in your feelings of being tired of TM!! Each of
us must learn to handle this in their own way. Hang in there, lean on us
when you need support......and yes....forget about hospitals for a while!
Hell....forget about TM!!!!!! That would be good for all of us if we could!
