History of diseas
The patient's previous anamnez is unknown. She is the second child of the family. Married, gave one birth to a child. Till the age of 40 she complainted that felt migraine like paints, low blood pressure, continuous vomiting while going in a vehicle.
At the age of 40 she felt indispositions due the gynaecological diseas (a cyst of uterus cervix). Later on weakness and indispositions occured more often.
Bouts of a diseas related with the alimentary canal pathology took place once in 1,5 or 2 years. Resuls of medical examinations didn't find out peculiarities. The patient was worried with steady sickness, vomiting, rare disfunction of intestines appeared. Results of medical researches didn't show pathology, within norms.
In 1993 on the mentioned above backgrounds the patient felt her left eye became blind from the optic nerve atrophy. She was cured in the institute of eye's diseases. She was cured with hormone, patogenetic treatment, but this treatment produced few effect. In 1995 the similar phenomena repeated again but from the right side, view possibilities became 0,04%, eye pressure was normal. She passed medical examination at the International experts, who had arricved to Almaty by the airplane "Orbis".
Conclusions: no pathology of eyes. The blindness was caused by other unrecognized diseas.
The patient had been observed many times: the nuclear-magnetic resonance of the head made in Germany in 1994, computer research of cerebrum and spinal cord. No pathology had been found except the neck osteohondros.
Current state of the diseas
Indispositions and weakness, steady sickness since March 1997, vomiting in 4 or 5 hours after eating, heavy belch, delay of stool. Increasing of steady pain (not belting) in the right and left sub-costal area. Wasting itch somewhere in the sub-costal area but not in the skin. Hyperestezia of skin, extremities, all body. She was admitted to hosp[ital. The resalts of medical examination as of March, 1997:
Computer research of the spinal cord - no pathology, except effects of the neck osteohondros. The liquor of the spinal cord - no pathology. Blood-test - within standards, the urine test shows moderate leucocytosis, the ultra-sound test of liver shows phenomena of stagnation, the ultra-sound test of kidneys displays the left pielonephritis, the ultra-sound test of the pancreas, spleen - normal.
Gastrofibroscopia shows the Pilaro's phenomena, gastroduadenal reflex, and the moderate atrophic gastritis with haemorrhage. At the given moment, the view possibilities are of 0,04%, painful skin, muscle spasms caused even by a wind,produced by a cover.
We can suppose the following diagnosis:
chronical brucelosis, neurovasculitis, myelitis.
Current treatment have no results. HELP !!!
