It looks like I'm lucky. Mine doesn't seem to be as severe as most. I have
had this for approx. 10 months. They put me on cortizone, w/ many side
effects, and it has improved much. Mine is different in that it effected my
hands, arms and shoulders, none in my legs. The spinal cord effected was in
my neck area. This threw my doctor off and it took some time to be
diagnosed. I work heavily on old computers all day and in a very stressful
atmosphere at work, and this seems to make things worse. My insurance took 8
months to tell me anything, and then said that this was a prexisting illness.
The labor dept. has been very helpful in helping me fight the insurance. I
like the mail too, it's nice to know i'm not alone. Kelli.
