Heat and Coldness

There has been a number of references to heat and colness on the mailings.
I have heard that extremes of heat are not desirable.....however, during
the winter, I felt I had blocks of ice not feet and found a hotwater bottle
of immediate benefit, although they would not let me use one in hospital and
I had to be careful that it wasn't too hot by testing it against other parts
of the body.

I progressed from this to foot spa baths which seemed to set up an
interference pattern with the tingling I felt, to the degree that I had no
pain for at least an hour afterwards. Best of all though has been a
jaccuzzi (?spelling). I get about 2 hours of relief from that although I
feel as if there is a fog from the knees downward. The dilemma seems to be
experience pain and know where your legs are or cut the pain and lose touch
!

Any thoughts ?

Best wishes
