Dear Steve:

I also enjoy my aquatic physical therapy. Sometimes after these sessions or
after I swim, I have some muscle stiffness. I was told that this may be due
to extra "toning" from spinal cord damage.

It hasn't stopped me from working hard but I do think we need to listen to
our bodies and not overdo too much.
