My husband, Steve, was initially a little overweight (10-15 lbs) before TM,
but, due to the steroids he took, gained 35 lbs. in three weeks. It was
really a shock to his system. He suffers from extreme fatigue and every
time he exerts himself, he experiences a greater problem with his other
symptoms. This makes it really difficult to lose the weight he gained.
Also, he is depressed and doesn't feel like dieting. But, he is convinced
that the weight is contributing to his fatigue and now he is starting to get
a more positive attitude about losing weight.

I'd also appreciate any suggestions people have about weight control without
exercize.
