tmic digest now available

When I first started this list I didn't think the list would get many
messages or subscribers for that matter; I'm glad I was wrong in both cases.

Anyway, I finally got around to creating a digest version of the list. If I
set it up correctly, it will send one message every 2 days or when the
messages total 40K.

To subscribe to the digest, send a message to
"tmic-digest-request(AT)eskimo.com" with the subject "subscribe".

To unsubscribe from the list, send a message to
"tmic-list-request(AT)eskimo.com" with the subject "unsubscribe".
