Just one thought about Worker's Compensation. If an environmental cause is
ever identified at the cause of TM, there might be a justified Worker's Comp
case. I certainly would not rule out a chemical exposure if a TM patient
worked in a chemical industry or similar job where the potential for unusual
chemical or biological exposure existed. A major chemical company was
recently in the news because of 10-15 incidents (I don't remember exactly) of
brain tumors (some benign, some cancer) and they are actively studying the
situation. They have closed a research building because of the situation.
(I am close to this because my boss was one of those with a tumor.)
