Karla Sue, if you haven't accessed it, I would suggest you go to the
NORD home page (http://www.pcnet.com/~orphan/). Then request a copy of
the TM report #462. I found it very informative and helpful in
understanding what TM is. Needless to say, this TMIC forum is excellant
place for support. But, this will mean that will need you to broker for
her the information/communications through hardcopies. george
