Sandy, its good to hear you are back. I must confess that I started the
survey but haven't finished as yet. Will try to get it done soon. Will
you be posting anyof the results on line? Although I have been on this
list since the beginning it would still be interesting to see the
compilation.

Also, I think I may have mentioned a book that deals with stress and
healing before but just in case I didn't and for those new to the list....

"Minding the Body, Mending the Mind" by Joan Borysenko, Ph.D

I must admit I haven't really practiced what I read , but it might be worth
looking at if stress is a big problem.
Quote from summary of book: "Using a unique blend of mental and physical
exercises, Dr. Borysenko teaches you how to elicit the mind's powerful
relaxation response to boost your immune system, overcome chronic pain and
alleviate the symptoms of a host of stress-related illnesses. Inspiring,
reassuring and practical , Minding the Body, Mending the Mind guides us to
a new understnding of illness and health- and shows how each of us can take
an active role in healing ourselves."

Thanks again Sandy for all your work...Barb M.
