Kasandra - I am sorry that you have this not so fun
disease, but I am glad you found the group and I
welcome you. This is a very supportive group of
people - and there are lots of answers here.

It sounds like you are making great progress with your
recovery. Don't get too discouraged if things slow
down - nerves are very slow to heal. Just hang in
there.

I still have numbness in my right hand and feet. I am
mobile, although walking can get very uncomfortable
(tingling turns to pain in short order). I work
fulltime, although I have arranged to work from home
three days a week. There are varying levels of
recovery in the group, from fully recovered to
quadripelegic. Some of the group work full time, some
part time, and some are on disability.

Keep us posted - and ask all the questions you need
to! Ann
