Maybe this is a dumb question - but does nerontin cause weight gain?
I just wondered. Bill wasn't really too overweight till 94-99 and that
is the same time that he took Neurontin (gabapentin).......they gave it
to him in 94 so he must have been part of a trial because I don't think
it even had actually come out yet then. At first, he just took the
bottle home and didn't really take it because it made him feel bad. Then
later, in 1995, that is when he started to take it all the time.
He's had relapses, cellulitis, and all sorts of things ever since. Of
course, I didn't know him till 1993 so I can't really say. I was only
wondering if the neurontin could be contributing to the weight gain.
(????) Just a thought.
