<< Where do I buy it? What would it be next to? Will it hurt? ---------- >>
Hi...
You ask for Domboro at the drug store... Don't bother looking on the
counters.. just go straight to the druggist, as you NEVER know where it will
be... It comes in two forms--tablets & powder packets.... All I had was the
powder, so that is what I use... Each time you use it tho.. You must shake it
up really well... as the powder settles to the bottom...
An NO-- it doesn't hurt at all... In fact it is VERY soothing....The first
time I ever used it, the nurses were applying BIG wet compresses soaked in
Domboro on the hole in my arm, it was about 8 inches deep into my flesh, and
about the size of a quarter.....This was in the mid-late 1980's when I was in
the hospital for almost 6 weeks ... I think, at the time, Domboro was a Rx...
Believe me, I'm sure, with that type of wound... if it hurt.... I would've
been screaming!!! LOL!!!
OH.. and when I got poison ivy recently, I used it on that also... Had
extremely good results...Really cut that awful itch!!! And, I was completely
healed in 6 days. That is amazing--considering with the Lupus.. I am an
EXTREMELY slow healer!!!
Hope it works for you too!!
