Hi Karen,

I am usually around 120/70 or 80 also, but sometimes drop low -- don't know
why or when/if it is something to be concerned about. A couple of times I got
low readings (90/60 or 70) at a doctor's office or hospital, and the nurse
just asked "Is this normal for you?" I said, "No." But they didn't comment
further. I didn't feel lightheaded at those times, but other times when I
have felt lightheaded I wondered if it was due to low blood sugar (something
I was diagnosed with ages ago) or low blood pressure. Incidentally, seems I
also remember somewhere hearing about a connection between low blood pressure
and feeling cold.
