[TMIC] blood pressure

Hi Karen,
I know the normal values for BP are up to 140 for systolic and up to 90
for diastolic. As to the bottom end of values, I don't have them.
However, 90/70 is low. I used to be very dizzy and weak when mine went
down that low. I saw my family dr and he didn't seem terribly worried.
I added a bit of salt to my diet and it went up a bit. We don't usually
eat salt because hubby has high BP (don't like it much anyway). Anyway,
my BP is back to normal since early May. Just happened. If I remember
correctly, there are a couple of nurses on the tmic list. Maybe they
can help more.
