I've never had this side effect from oral corticosteroids [for
decades], but the inhaled corticosteroids are another matter.
I am on two at the moment, and I always drink or eat immediately
after the medication. Failure to do so for a few days in a row
will result in an oral/throat fungus. Not nice.
