the opening was blocked by a gallstone. >>
Hi Barb...
I think what you are describing is an upper GI.... [UGH!!! gag-gag] They
have you drink this kinda white chalky icky [VERY HEAVY] thick liquid.....
Then, you are asked to stand up --and stand STILL-- against what I believe is
some type of x-ray machine... (Trying to stand still with TM is loads of
fun!! LOL ...) whew... You think you are on the home stretch... only to find
out they smash the other half of machine in your abdomin--HOLY COW!! A
human sandwich....squished between cold hard metal!!! And then --get this--
the crazy docs ask you to drink more of that weighty white wet concrete
crap..... [And they wonder why we get "stopped up"??!!]
Hey.. but I'll take the upper GI any day over the lower GI... Now that is
truly NOT my cup of tea....
BIG HUGS -- Wonderful day to ALL!!!!
