Just a brief throw in, hope it helps. When I was first diagnosed, they
gave me vitamin B injections pretty regularly. I was told that it could
"help bring the problem under control". They eventually changed me over
to vitamin B supplements, and told me that they were necessary for
"keeping the problem under control". I was quite naive at the time of my
diagnosis, and didn't know enough to ask questions, that young,
dumb, blind faith you know ...LOL. I have since learned to ask around a
little in my travels, and a lot of people with MS are on Vit-B
supplements or shots. I have taken them from the beginning, never
stopped. I take the over the counter ones from the drugstore, I'm not
sure if they were right at all, but I figured if it was a vitamin, it
certainly couldn't hurt anything, and if it even has the potential to do
some good, who's better than me ?? Don't know if this helps at all, just
the story of my visit to B town. :-) Mandy
