don't, here is some help. The specialty you should
seek is "Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation". In
your case, add pediatric. Here is a list/procedure:

Accept the disclaimer.
Select the "Search by Specialty" option.
Select the state, Nevada.
Near the bottom of the right list, click on this
specialty. Then SEARCH.
You will get a list of 15 doctors. Click on a name
to get info about that doctor.
I'll append the list below as a check for you, but

above.
Call the doctors and ask if they (or someone they
know) works with toddlers.
