Hang in there. Things will balance out. Neither you nor
Bret have been able to gain equilibrium yet (thank you Dr!)
but that will come. There ARE ups and downs with this
ailment - some days are better than others. But when you
feel a bit more comfortable with TM, you'll both be able to
deal with them better.
Make sure to communicate with the kids too. I realized
after nearly two years that my son had some vague idea I was
going to 'kick off' earlier than normal. Since reassuring
him that I wasn't going anywhere until I was ready (when I'm
105, maybe), he can deal with the little TM episodes much
better. This aspect of TM hasn't been discussed much on the
list, but I know it's there.
