Thanks for letting me know someone else was drinking a lot of Diet Coke. My
husband and I both gave it up when we heard about the hoax. I never let my
kids drink it because I thought they don't know what effect it may have on
growing children. What's so sad is that if I really thought it could be
dangerous, why didn't I stop my husband and myself from drinking it? I
really liked the taste of it and miss it now, but I won't ever go back even
though it's probably a hoax.
My husband has had headaches for a long time and getting off the Diet Coke
hasn't helped that. He went through caffeine withdrawal and then went to
regular Cokes.
I wish I knew if the headaches were related to the TM. He takes over the
counter Advil Cold and Sinus which helps the headache.
