My wife stumbled upon a van rental with lift up there for
$87.00 per day, and
ironically enough, they have also receives another inquiry
from Texas for a
van rental. Supposedly, we got the last one available and
it will
accommodate only one wheelchair. I told my wife that I am
volunteering her
drive's services for special needs in transport if someone
is in dire
straights for getting some where from nowhere.
Thanks, again

Bob, I suspect you managed to get a good rate from one of
the companies I called. The woman said she'd already booked
out the vans, kinda sorta. . .she thought, maybe, they'd
increase their van fleet before August due to good
business. Good for you, but sorry I couldn't be more
effective in finding out information. I still think
chairbound folks are getting ripped off royally. Sigh, I
won't go there and agitate myself this evening.
Anyway, Mr Red Rider and Mr. RCookHook and everyone else. .
.I don't have a van specially equipped, but I do have a Ford
Aerostar. During the 12th through 15th, I volunteer to do
what I can to provide transportation to that pub crawl or
anywhere else someone might need to go. And NO, it's not a
means to invite myself, although. . . ! :-)
BTW Doc, I hear that you've met Lori S. from Florida. She
speaks highly of you. She'll be at the conference and
bunking at my house (I'm excited).
Bob, do you have an itinerary of what you're planning on
seeing in and around Seattle? I have a few suggestions, but
don't want to presume. Doc, shall I line up info on the
best micro breweries in town? There are a number of them.
My husband needs to check on his download so I've gotta go.
For a strange, unknown reason I feel a bit like hostess. Is
there anything that anyone needs for their Seattle sojourn?
