How dare we not offer encouragement to the poor lady with all the health
problems PLUS being overweight! Here's my encouragement - YOU GO GIRL!
After my chemo I was so depressed that the only thing that made me happy was
renting videos and watching them in bed - accompanied by large bags of
candy. Then all my hair fell out and what an attractive picture I was, bald
and thirty pounds overweight! It took an awesome exercise program here at
Cal State Northridge to help me shed it. Also, friendships from a spinal
cord injury support group helped me find something to live for besides food.
There's my encouragement, sorry to babble on, thanks for the "Welcome Home",
Barbara!
