I have both the indigestion and shortness of
breath. My indigestion seems to occur due
to bowel problems and is neglible when bowel
problems are absent. The shortness of breath
comes when I do just about anything--the belt
around my midsection seems to be at the deep
breathing place and it seems to restrict normal
breathing--neither of these problems is something
I can't live with...TM just alters this wonderful equip-
ment that we call our body...if you didn't have the
tm experience you'd not think anything of some of
these things you're worrying about! TM has just
made us super aware of our body and the things it
does or doesn't do..The heat problem is one of those
things that your hubby will have to live with...I live in
OK and we have the same temps that you do and I
just go on about my life...of course, I do not work
at a job so I can choose the time of day I go to town/
pull weeds, etc. I just thank the Good Lord that I can
do the things I do!
I think that we get so involved in what our body isn't
doing that it used to do before tm that we forget to
be thankgul for what our body can do and get on with
our lives!! (Aging causes a slow down of what we used
to do vs. what we can do now, also!! I prefer to blame
tm!!!) :-)))
