I'm kind of new here. I'm sorry to hear about your husband. I'm 46
years old and was diagnosed in July 11, 1998. It's almost a year. I have
the same problems with my ankles. Actually this has just started to happen.
I also get very cold, not hot. I feel like my body is cold all the time and
I can't do anything to get warm. I think it is horrible what you are going
through with you doctors. There is no reason for that. I would not tolerate
waiting for any doctor for months. If they doctor really cares about your
condition and knowing that you need his help, he should certainly be more
accommodating. I think I would have to look into another doctor. Your
husband's care is very important and he should see someone who is willing to
help him when necessary. I am very luckly with my doctor. I will call him
and he get on the phone with me or calls me back immediately. Find someone
you can depend on. It think with TM you need that.
Good luck. Keep trying to find the right doctor. It will happened.
Let us know how you and your husband are doing. Everyone here has been so
helpful and so terrific I feel better when I here talking to everyone.
