My name is Maureen and my husband who is 35 was diagnosed with TM in
December. I have written a little before but was waiting until my husband's
appointment next week to really ask questions. We have put our life on hold
for two months waiting to get an appointment with this neurologist for a
second
opinion as the first neurologist simply said, "I'll see you in six months."
Now we are told his appointment has been pushed back to July because the
doctor has a meeting the day of my husband's original appointment! Can
anyone offer any advice or info on the following symptoms my husband has
experienced lately?:

1) pain in his ankle like he has sprained it badly. It comes and goes but
causes him to limp.
2) hot natured: my husband always tolerated the heat well. We live in Texas
where the summers run 90-100 degrees Fahrenheit. It is only May and he
is
burning up from the heat. He is freezing me out with the air
conditioner and it
was always the opposite. I was hot and he was cold.
3) fatigue: I have read others write about this so I guess it goes with TM.
I have suggested Grape Seed Extract to my husband so I guess I already
know
about this symptom.
There are probably more things wrong, but my husband has not wanted to
"bother" me with them. We have three young boys and I am worried about the
future. It has really helped me to have this support and I appreciate being
a part of it. I will try to get my husband to open up and share more about
what is going on. Thank you for listening.
