Natasha - I "surf fish" too. The fish that I like to catch live on the
"flats" in shallow water, with a lot of grass on the bottom. I could
fish even when I couldn't walk or sit up straight ! My wheelchair went
down on the beach, like you said, supplies on each side, mom made a wide
velcro strap that held me up in the chair, and i reeled in some nice
ones ! people wheelchairs can be better fisher people, because they have
a better ability to sit in the same place for long periods ! I used to
get frustrated when they were ready to leave, and I was just getting
started. But, I guess with no feeling in my rear end, I could have sat
there for days ! I still fish, not as often as I'd like, but I squeeze
