Hi Christi ~
I started off with only taking 4 of them and didn't notice any
difference...I was still taking 3 & 4 hour naps every day. My
significant other (bless him) told me to "double up on them...they're
not going to hurt you." So I did. And it worked. Sometimes I still
take a nap...but not as long nor as often. Usually only when I overdo
it around here. I tend to do that a lot since I can walk again. :)
You know Christi...I tried almost everything for this
fatigue..including Amantadine...nothing worked for me until the grape
seed. And...I've talked a lot of people into trying it and they're all
happy campers! :)
