Lately, there has been an increasing number of TMers who are upset or
frightened about their insurance situation. Every state has an insurance
code that establishes certain guidelines that insurance companies must
follow in selling policies, settling claims, setting rates, and canceling
policies. Each insurance department also has a department for handling
complaints, and another to monitor market conduct.

If you need any assistance in getting your questions answered, I will be
glad to help in any way that I can.
